This spot check inspected 109 kinds of cashmere sweaters of 105 enterprises from 11 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in total, such as Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Guangdong, Ningxia and Xinjiang.

This spot check was conducted according to the standards GB 18401-2010 "National General Safety Technical Code for Textile Products", FZ/T 01053-2007 "Textile-Identification of Fiber Content", FZ/T 73009-2009 "Cashmere Knitting Goods" as well as some enterprise standard which has registered and been valid for use. The key items inspected on these products are fiber content, formaldehyde, pH value, banned Azo dyestuffs, colourfastness to water, colourfastness to dry rubbing, colourfastness to perspiration, colourfastness to washing, and bursting test.

The unqualified items were fiber content (3 batches), color fastness to dry rubbing(1 batch) and bursting test(1 batch).
