2. BOM Review (Toys Chemical Safety Assessment)
For EU, the Chemical Safety Assessment (CSA) is a process mandated under 2009/48/EC. With the Bill of substance provided by manufacture and Intertek’s proprietary customized chemical hazard database and material database, plus a newly developed logic taking into consideration essential exposure elements of age grade, play mode, children’s behavior etc. Intertek can help client to evaluate the chemical risk of their product.
3. Regulatory Update – Free
Intertek will regularly ｕｐｄａｔｅ the latest toys regulation to the customers both retailers and suppliers via mail. The service is free. We have the information in both English and Chinese language.
4. Technical Support – Free
We will provide technical support to the clients, you can call us and enquire about toys issue during office hours. The consultant service is free. The call is purely technical nature and intent to help supplier to solve their problems.
5. Training and Seminar
